Context
Many design and engineering firms hold years of accumulated institutional knowledge — internal documentation, naming conventions, modeling standards, delivery templates — that exists nowhere in any public dataset. For these teams, the data itself cannot leave the building, ruling out public, cloud-hosted LLMs.
The bottleneck
Off-the-shelf AI tools offer generic capabilities but have no awareness of a firm's internal standards, and routing sensitive model and project data through public AI services is a non-starter. These teams need an AI system that is both tuned to their own conventions and fully private.
What we built
Private, on-premise deployments of BIBIM AI, tuned to each firm's internal data and operational standards. The system runs entirely within the firm's own infrastructure — no data leaves the building. A custom RAG layer indexes internal documentation, past project templates, and firm-specific naming conventions, delivering AI-assisted scripting and documentation aligned with each team's own standards. Delivered to multiple firms across BIM environments.
